Sonntag, 30. August 2015. Kürzlich stand wieder mal ein Ausflug auf dem Programm. Wir fuhren nach Niederösterreich und besuchten zuerst die Stadt Melk, die an der Donau liegt und als "Tor zur Wachau" bezeichnet wird. Direkt im Zentrum liegt auch das Stift Melk, das eines der größten und schönsten Barockensembles Europas ist. Ein kleiner Schaufensterbummel (ich habe einige sehr nette Geschäfte entdeckt) und ein Cappuccino rundeten den Vormittag ab. Wünsche euch eine schöne Woche! Links zu diesem Post.

Dafür habe ich einfach aus einer Ferm living-Serviette den Kreis ausgeschnippelt und mit doppelseitigem Klebeband aufgeklebt. Ab damit zum Deko-Donnerstag von Lady Stil. Samstag, 18. Juli 2015. Mein Jungle erweitert sich. Diesmal setze ich auf Kakteen. Kakteen sieht man ja jetzt wieder häufig, nachdem sie davor jahrelang ein eher verstecktes Dasein geführt haben. Doch mittlerweile sind Grünpflanzen generell total in. Es kommt lediglich auf die Präsentation an. Eine Topfpflanze in einem altmodischen Behälter lockt niemanden hinterm Ofen hervor. Ich habe mir ihr extra für meinen Blog designtes Bild ausgedruckt und zwei verschiedene Arten von Wandflaggen daraus gemacht. Im Vorzimmer habe ich mir eine Flagge aus Papier gebastelt. Dazu habe ich lediglich die ausgedruckte Seite in Form einer Flagge zugeschnitten, den oberen Rand nur umgefaltet und auf den Stab gehängt, Schnur dran und wieder mit Masking Tape an die Wand gepinnt. Donnerstag, 14. Mai 2015. Dieses schöne Glasgefäß stand bei mir schon länger sehr puristisch undekoriert auf meinem Sideboard. Da man ja jetzt in vielen Läden das Thema "Urban Jungle" dekoriert sieht, kam mir die Idee, den Glaspokal in ein kleines Gewächshaus umzugestalten. Ich habe dafür aber eine künstliche Pflanze verwendet, die ich in grauen, grobkörnigen Sand gesteckt habe.
