Thursday, September 23, 2010. So, we are officially 2 days into Fall. It's still quite warm here, but it's breezier, the air has a bit of lightness to it, and every now and then I can almost feel a coolness once the sun goes down! My favorite thing about Fall and cooler weather is that I get to bust out my cinnamon-y candles and burn them all day long. For inexpensive yet great smelling and scent-packed candles, I usually get the Mainstay brand from Wal-Mart. Coffee tastes better when it's cooler out!

Thursday, October 7, 2010. It was twenty years ago in June. I had a patient today who was born the month I graduated from high school! It inspired me to dig out an old pic this is me the day before graduation in June of 1990. What! Time really flies. I am constantly amazed as I flow down this lil river of life. I feel like I've changed so much, yet am so much the same too! I definitely do not feel "my age," and continue to marvel at the sweetest, simplest things. Is that the trick? My weekend starts NOW!

Friday, May 27, 2011. New Shoesies Shoes Shoes. I'm almost done with my degree. One more exam and BAM! As I study and wait and study some more I treated myself to the. Shoes I have even seen in my entire life. I was going to wait until my celebratory trip away next weekend to buy them (they're much cheaper in England) but after I tried them on I freaked out and bought them.
