Sunday, August 25, 2013. Tests, tests, and more tests. On Monday and Tuesday, I brought Luke in to get some blood work done, and turn in some stool samples. They came back looking normal. Although the surgeon has suspected a possible infection in the colon, the tests came back negative. He said it is a “nasty infection” that about 30% of patients get after this type of surgery. I’m glad he doesn’t have that! Getting his blood taken. Getting his contrast barium enema. I'm glad my mom could come along.
