Monday, July 5, 2010. Wow what an awesome zoo/amusement park that is! You could see all of the animals up close! Only a piece of glass that separated you from them, so the animals would get right up next to the glass, almost as if the kids could touch them! We did not realize that it was going to be that HOT that day, try 95 degrees PLUS 99% humidity! Oh my, we were so sticky and hot! Casey and I even dunked our heads in a few times! Friday, April 30, 2010. Super Heros to the Rescue! What a fun birthday party we had for Caleb this year! Caleb loooves Super Hero's . . .Iron Man is definitely his favorite! So I figured what a perfect theme for his party! We played Super Hero games, but I think everybody's favorite was the "Super Hero Training" where after each exercise they did, they got "Super Hero Gear" for completing the task! Saturday, October 31, 2009. We have kind of started a tradition on Halloween where we meet my brother and his family over at my mom's house, have dinner all together and then go trick or treating in her neighborhood. . .it is quite fun! Their neighborhood is full of young kids, patio parties and friendly neighbors that decorate their house and enjoy seeing all the trick-or-treaters! It is also my mother-in-laws birthday! So we always stop by to celebrate! Little Joey, their cousin! Caleb loves to sleep!

Friday, May 24, 2013. My new favorite word! Praise God I only have "fibroadenoma". Basically a BENIGN. A LONG couple of days waiting for the biopsy to occur and ultimately for the results. I still need to monitor myself closely and have the follow up mammograms, but for today CANCER is not a part of MY health and life. Again, PRAISE GOD! I have an amazing husband, loving, kind and generous of his time and gifts. My helpmate that has stood (um sat? By me in times of need, heartache and female insanity.
