Been to the Chiro twice last week to get sorted out, which meant some early mornings running around Dee Why b4 getting cracked and sorted. 5 weeks to go, 2 races left before the marathon. Well after not running for a week whilst trying to get the ankle better, I ran out of patience and started back again on Monday. I have two weeks until Ramadhan to get fit again. Monday pm - 35 m. The Mad Guz's blog. Diary of training and racing. Monday, September 17, 2007. Thurs pm - Managed a 10 by 200m session on the grass b4 starting the fast on Friday. Sat avo - a 56 min run through the bush. After having about 60 people over at our house for breakfast on Sun avo, was too tired to even think about running. Hopefully tonight a bush run before sunset, seems to be better than breathing in fumes. Wednesday, September 12, 2007. A couple of days to go, ankle still niggling. 31-Jan 5km State Champs.

Wed am - 37 minute run into work via North Rd. Wed pm - Through LCNP, 90 minutes, solid for last 30. Thurs am - 35 minutes run around work. Tuesday, December 04, 2007. Week 4 of 16. Lining up in Lake Biwa in March, and not too happy at the moment with the running, but is slowly coming together. Mon am - 57 minutes home to work.

Tues am - 23m warm up, Mona Fartlek, 22:20m warm down. Was cold and pissing down rain. Tues pm - 37:55m. Wed am - 1:51:07 with Buster, Pretty Valley and right-hand side up road, then up aquaduct to Langfords Gap. Was cold and light misting rain. Wed pm - 41m. Thurs am - slept in and rested. Fri am - 72:47, tower aquaduct. Fri pm - 36m, 4 * strides.

I almost told any customer that wanted a medicine from the bottom shelf to come back later in the week. It hurt so much to bend or use stairs and to add to it, my chest still wasn't right.
