A bit of this, a bit of that, whatever strikes my fancy. The Mad Trouts and Others. Tuesday, January 3, 2017. A happy belated New Year to everybody. After tidying up, since it was going on to 12, we turned on the CBC to ring in 2017 in our own time zone. I was quite impressed with the show from Parliament Hill. The fireworks were spectacular and the carillon from the Peace Tower was something you don't hear everyday. It was a fitting beginning to the 150th anniversary of Canada. Posted by Little Red Hen.
