Much of the focus in the Senate right now is justifiably on the GOP majority's slow-walking Loretta Lynch's confirmation vote for attorney general on the Senate floor. But what's getting a lot less attention is the predictable lack of traction that President Obama's judicial nominations are getting. The Senate has not confirmed.
