I already have the Elf Neutral palette dupe but was not that impressed. The lighter color were not that pigmented. So I went on a search for this Forever 21 palette. Tuesday, April 14, 2015. Picture of the Day: My Mehndi (Henna). Mehndi, Henna, Temporary Tattoo in Punjab, India. Mehndi is a turmeric paste applied through what looks like a small piping bag. The artist works fast and skillfully. The paste begins to harden and flake off leaving a temporary "tattoo" of the design. The longer you leave the paste on the darker the design will be. My Mehndi lasted for a good week before it started to fade away. I have to admit I was sad to see it go. Friday, March 27, 2015.
