Wednesday, April 8, 2015. StoneMountain One of my #FansFavorite workouts! All it takes is ONE STEP in the right direction. I was FINALLY cleared to go back to boot camp and do more than one workout a day and I ENJOYED EVERY ACHING MINUTE OF IT! Stretching is more important to me now after my hip injury and I made sure I spent a lot more time stretching than working out! Thankful that I am able to go back to doing what I love and seeing results instantly. AINT NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT! Poor Little It Girl.

Friday, January 30, 2015. Yes I went there! Noticed this on a Road trip and I just couldn't help but give praise to the SKIN gods. Literally my skin glows now that I am eating better and juicing daily! I was able to cure my PCOS and Thyroid issues. I am able to maintain my mood swings and depressive states by juicing.
