How We Conserve Land. Deed of Conservation Easement. Is a legal agre. T between a landowner and a government organization or a land trust which identifies conservation values present on a property and spells out the landowners commitments to protect the existing character of the property. Apply to all future owners of the property. Limit such things as the amount of subdivision that is allowed on a property or the number of houses that may be built. Are tailored to fit a landowner's individual situation.

The Manor Club is the oldest women's club in Westchester County, New York. The meetings are held every Tuesday from October to May.
