Tirsdag 16. juni 2015. Eg har en stund vært misunnelig på de som går rundt med smoothier i hånden, jeg drikker jo ikke det da. Det er pakket med sukker, men det er jo så friskt og godt. Frister særlig i sommervarmen. Men nå har jeg mekket sammen min egen oppskrift, med mindre enn 3% karber, besto av følgende:. En neve frosne bringebær. En neve frisk spinat. En liten skvett fløte. For en ekstra kald en kan du sikkert tilsette isbiter, og vil man ha proteiner i den, er det jo bare å ha i proteinpulver.
