Monday, September 22, 2008. Izack took his test this last Friday night for his 1st Ban Bu belt. It was a three hour long test and was pretty challenging for a nine year old. He had to run one mile under ten minutes then quickly start doing 25 push-ups and 50 sit-ups. He then had to take a written test and do his forms going all the way back to his yellow belt as well as his defensive moves. We are so proud of him and are glad that he has stuck with karate. It has been a great thing for his confidence!
