He was really looking forward to it, and so was I, since I got to go with all the scouts this year. Cahl, Marcella, Tristan, Jasen, Hunter, and Brinley. Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Thursday, May 21, 2015. Tonight was Hunter's first Pinewood Derby. He was so excited, and he worked on his car for weeks. He drew out the design, helped cut it out, sanded it, helped paint it, and helped put it altogether. He didn't win, but he had a great time! Wednesday, May 20, 2015. Tuesday, May 19, 2015. Friday, May 15, 2015. His class was by far the best at the recital, and brought the house down!

Cahl, Marcella, Tristan, Jasen, Hunter, and Brinley. Saturday, November 22, 2014. Last night and today was the Treasure Valley Tournament for middle schoolers. Jasen had one match last night and lost, and this morning he had 2 matches. He won the first and lost the second. Wednesday, November 19, 2014. Tonight was Tristan and Jasen's scout Court of Honor. Tristan received 5 merit badges- Camping, Photography, Rowing, Canoeing, and Leather Working. Monday, November 17, 2014. Saturday, November 15, 2014.

Cahl, Marcella, Tristan, Jasen, Hunter, and Brinley. Sunday, June 21, 2015. After we swam and played for a while, we had lunch and drove farther up. We found another cool campground right on a creek with a nice little shallow area for the kids to play. Once we made it back down the mountain, we stopped for dinner in Crouch before heading home. Today was a pretty momentous day at our house- Brinley took the training wheels off her bike, and learned to ride without them! She did awesome, and caught on really quick! It was Fiesta themed, and the kids all had a ton of fun with the piñatas. They had a cake decorating contest, and Hunter was so excited for that.
