I just thought I'd give some Caden picture updates since it has been over a month! I really dropped the ball with the blog.but plan on resuming my routine very soon as things have started to calm down! We LOVE our new home! It was a great decision and we couldn't be happier! Along with all of the joy it's bringing us, it absolutely keeps us busy!

Wednesday, January 19, 2011. Friday will mark Caden's seventh month of life! Our little boy is really growing and time is flying! Caden can sit alone most of the time. He does fall back once in a while. We've really seen a great improvement in his strength over the past week. It's actually pretty amazing! Along with sitting, he's also quite the jumper! This is another new 'trick' Caden has mastered over the past week or so. He's adorable in his bouncer! He jumps and always has a smile from ear to ear!

Blog We took a trip to Wilkes-Barre on Friday to spend some time with my family. Caden. Slept the entire way! 3 hours) It was the first time Caden. Met his -great- aunts and uncles, cousins, and great grandparents. Friday evening the entire family met at a restaurant for a dinner and a little celebration for my dad. Caden. But when she DID finally wake up, she flew down the steps and found us chilling in the living room. Tuesday, February 7, 2012. A very mild January in Midland allowed us to continue to frequent playgrounds! Of course, we did have a few snowy days where we built a snowman, played dress-up, and pretended it was warm by enjoying popsicles. During January, Talia continued to enjoy her weekly Gymnastics class, attended her very first birthday party (of her friend, not Mommy and Daddy's friends' kid), and fell in love with the Saginaw Spirit mascot. Talia jumped at the chance to do this, and we caught her on viddeo showing off her "wheels"! Look at the pure joy that's on her face (the picture is better than the video.) as she runs towards home plate to see Lou E. Loon! Awwww so cute Talia, I have watched it over and over. I used the "Kimberly Dress" pattern from Brynnberlee Designs. In the "Verona" line by Riley Blake Fabrics. The tutorial/pattern is wonderful, although I would suggest that you lengthen the straps maybe an inch or two if you're sewing the 5T! I really enjoyed this. And the fabric makes me never want to use another fabric line again. Ever. So, so crazy!
