Sunday, August 28, 2011. Thanks to Hurricane Irene my family vacation to Martha's Vineyard was cut short. Originally, I had planned on leaving today, but due to the predicted course of the storm I took the last ferry off the island on Friday and the first and ONLY train to leave South Station on Saturday.
