Doing such a thing requires having a clean house and baking/cooking- which are enjoyable once you finish the work, but the process of getting there? Not so much. I decided that the end result would be worth it and quickly sent out an e-mail to my friends before I changed my mind. Gave my house a good clean.

February 3, 2011. It's a (Frozen) Marshmallow World in the Winter. Oh, and please ignore the Christmas lights, obviously that's what I do. I did also make it to the gym. I must admit my workout was only 40 minutes due to the damage that was done yesterday with 30 Day Shred. I can't believe how sore I am from a 20 minute workout! By the time I returned to the Kid's Club tonight, E had already put on his snow boots (on the wrong feet, of course). I guess we were both ready to go home. Happy 30th Birthday G!

February 2, 2011. Happy 30th Birthday G! Well, today was G's 30th birthday. Yes, we are getting old. Now that one of us has branched into a third decade we are like real adults (kind of). Since I baked a cake for his birthday last year, I wanted to try something new. On my latest visit with my sister in NM she showed me how to make cake truffles. I thought it would be fun to make 30 of them and my sister gave me the idea to shape them into a "30". The boys helped me make this fun poster. Fun with the Kids.
