Friday, October 10, 2014. Before our trip to Whidbey Island to see Grandma and Grandpa Hanson, Bridgette wrote a "to do" list:. We managed to cross off her "to do" list, plus a whole lot more. Let's begin with the slugs! Bridgette's fascination with them has not wained at all. Grandma and Bridgette gardened together. At Bridgette's insistance, they made bouquets with flowers that Grandma had grown. We couldn't believe all the things in Grandma's garden that we could eat! We spun in circles at the park.

Monday, July 30, 2012. Weekend with Gami and Papa Frank. The kids and I spent the weekend with my parents. We went to the beach on Saturday, but had to leave prematurely due to the weather. Then, we headed back to their house but stopped at a park and played in the water first. Warner and Gami riding the waves in their floats. Sunday, June 17, 2012. My sister-in-law, Brittany, visited with us for a few days with her little ones, Emma and Eli. We went to Karen and Roger's pool, had a girls night and spent a day at the beach. We enjoyed our time with them! Alex relaxed while the kids pushed him around. What little kid doesn't love to be around Alex? The kids love the sand bars. Yes, Warner is painting Rex's nails . Rex with his sweet preschool teacher, Ms. Martha. He loves her! Monday, November 12, 2012. Following the parade we had a picnic lunch, fed the turtles and played. It was a good day. A good day indeed. It took Rex a little bit to warm up to the parade. A "shout out" to the Irish Society,. These women were great! Chowing down on some pb&j. Our view while eating lunch. Perfect! This year we were able to go trick or treating with Alex’s sister, Amelia, and her family and cousin Candace. The kids had a large time! Kaeme's decorated car for our church ward's Trunk or Treat.
