Tuesday, 19 April 2011. Private Colleges - good or bad? That creates an interesting conundrum – Colleges need to be accredited by these bodies to be recognised by the UKBA who in turn do not recognise the accreditation bodies. So UKBA now apparently issue Visa allocations based on accreditation reports from bodies that they do not recognise. Could anyone [Member of Parliament, Civil Servant or alternatively any person actually undertaking useful employment] explain this to me? No it gets worse!
