The McGills: Blessings
http://the-mcgills.blogspot.com/2008/10/blessings.html
Saturday, October 18, 2008. Brian had his surgery last weekend on his throat finally, and this week we found out that he does not have cancer! After the surgery the Doctor sounded pretty sure that he had some type of lymphoma and we were pretty scared, but the tests came back all normal. They don't know why he was having the swelling, but it's not cancer so we are glad. My mom gave us the update a few days ago. What a relief! We love you guys. October 18, 2008 at 9:57 PM. These are the days of our lives.as the world turns.whatever. Monday, September 29, 2008. Dog Day From Heck. Now I know we all have those days sometimes where things happen that make us want to pick up a sledge hammer and smash stuff up. That would be my day today. As all good stories go, this one has a beginning, so I'll start there. Though when we brought Luci to meet Max, my first thought was "Gross! Stop sniffing her, you pedophile! These are pics of Luci. She's cute, isn't she! Things I'm Doing Today...

The Awesome Allreds: Halloween at the Manor
http://retirednhappy.blogspot.com/2010/11/halloween-at-manor.html
Friday, October 29, 2010. Halloween at the Manor. And us went to the Manor around Halloween time to have a nice dinner and we were greeted with colorful decorations- which none of us remember seeing much of last season. (Note: Perkins weren't here, they were still in Manila waiting for her broken leg to heal from a fall in early October.). I actually got Rick to stand by one of the mannequins! They really went all out decorating this year! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Friday, July 16, 2010. View of the Ocean Coming From Baguio. We finally had a clear day coming down from Baguio that allowed us to see the ocean. You can see the white caps along the shore line. These shots were taken at the side of the mountainous road. Another great shot showing the beautiful vegetation! A shot zooming out so you could see the surrounding country. Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Yes, these are orchids. They are a common flower here and easy to grow with many varieties. Tuesday, July 13, 2010.

Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Rick calls this "Fish Alley". This is Damortis, here they have lots of fish drying and also selling fish every day. This lady was happy to pose for the picture. This is at the intersection where we turn left to go to Baguio. The road is lined with street vendors all selling the same things. Thursday, March 11, 2010. Main Street in Mangaldan. http://evansfarm6.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
These are the days of our lives.as the world turns.whatever. Friday, September 4, 2009. Shall I keep going? Okay, I will. She's colored my carpet with markers, painted it with yogurt, smushed play-doh into it, and she likes to dump out bags of things like gold fish and cereal, CRUSH, GRIND, and SMASH them into tiny crumbs, then dance their remains into the carpet! Are you getting a nice visual here? But not only was it all over her, you guessed it- the rest of the bottle was dumped ALL OVER THE CARPET!

These are the days of our lives.as the world turns.whatever. Wednesday, August 19, 2009. It's been awhile, so I figured I needed to update. It was really AWESOME of him! I'd been wanting one for a couple of years, and it came just in the nick of time as my awesome (not) home computer got another awesome (NOT!

The Awesome Allreds: June 2010
http://retirednhappy.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 30, 2010. All along the road from Dagupan to Lingayen we see piles and piles of oyster shells. We were curious as to what they did with them. This is the answer to our question- they put them in trucks and haul them to some destination. The Filipino people don't waste anything but I am not sure what they do with this. Friday, June 25, 2010. You Got It- We Can Haul It! These trykes never cease to amaze me! I have come to realize there is nothing these trykes can't do! Tuesday, June 22, 2010.
