Friday, March 16, 2012. 21 Day Easy Diet Week 2. It's been TWO weeks! Pounds lost: 3.2. I can't say that it has been fun. It definitely has not. But I feel like I'm on my way. The scale is teetering down and that is good enough for me! Here's what I am doing:. Monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) at every meal,. No carbs at night. Good sugar (fruit, stevia) before lunch. Limiting sugar intake 25 g/day. Protein, Carbs, MUFA at every meal except dinner. At least 2 x per week cardio (running or cycling).

I'm not sure what I was expecting. but something better than lying down on a bed enduring contraction after contraction. I guess my struggle was with the IV. Is it really necessary? Sunday, May 10, 2009. Mother's Day - time to blog. Hey, I actually have time to catch up! Dale is grilling and cleaning. We even got to play some scum! Has been begging to play for weeks now. Easter was lots of fun with many more boiled colored eggs this year and less candy eggs. I believe we had 9 colors in all and Daddy has a great time making a mess while coloring eggs with 3 children. I should have got a picture. We don't know how she did it, but Beka. Yosemite is so beautiful - what a shame.

Monday, June 27, 2011. My oldest, younger brother, Michael, and his wife came to visit from DC (#3 of 5 in the family line-up). Him and the rest of my brothers, BJ and Matt, went on a backpacking trip in West Clear Creek. My SIL then came towards the end and we met up with the boys. In Oak Creek Canyon. Despite being here a week it seemed to have flown by. I'm so glad that I've got so many great boys in my life. They are hardworking, helpful, smart, and enjoyable to be around. Sunday, June 26, 2011.
