Recently I learned of the Rainbow Room. I had only heard very vague comments about it, and honestly had no idea what it was for, so I called and asked, and this is what I learned:. When you shop the BOGO event at Payless (and you know we all do) take the 1/2 off pair to the RR. Heck, when you find any BOGO sale do that!
