Saturday, June 25, 2011. Let me start by saying I don't do wedding cakes. They scare me. The bride scares me even worse! Imagine what they would do to you if the cake didn't turn out. Yikes! So I took a chance when my friend asked me to make her wedding cake. I don't know why I said yes. Actually, I kept asking myself why I said yes all week! Anyway, It was a good experience. And now that I look back, it really wasn't that bad. I like challenges. They show me what I am capable of. Thanks for the challenge.

Just a quick side note, it looks like I was right calling Duke for the Champs. I had to take the Praxis II exam and passed it with a 154. I was stoked because I needed a 143 for Id and a 150 for Ut.
