Always has been. I ran into the school counselor (who happens to be a friend of ours) and while talking, she also shared that Bell doesn't talk to her in school either. Access the the beach is limited to the number of parking stalls in the beach lot so I decided to get there early. We arrived at 8:30 and there was only one other car (a guy who was net fishing). But, we headed out to the k-e-i-k-i rodeo this weekend and had a blast. My niece Hailey and her brother Kahi both did great. And my kids loved it. You can tell that mine are city kids.
