http://themoderatedrinker.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html

Thursday, 27 October 2011. Alcohol - Scare Yourself With Numbers. Since deciding to be a moderate drinker, I’ve become more aware of a few facts about my drinking. A scary one was that I’ve been drinking heavily for about 25 years. That’s roughly 60 - 61% of my life. Another scary one is to calculate roughly how many times I’ve been drunk (lets say four pints of beer or a bottle of wine) in my life. 8226; If it’s twice a week that will be 2,600 times. 8226; 3,900 attacks on my liver. When faced with numb...
