Tuesday, November 27, 2007. This past weekend we went to Marlee’s baptism. Marlee looked so pretty and was very well behaved! She wasn’t fussy at all. I told Emily to take notes so that she is ready for her baptism in February. At the reception, we were able to visit with Emily’s friends, Sophie, Marlee, and Nathan. Marlee, Emily, and Nathan were all born within 7 weeks of each other. I think she liked the lights the most. Sunday, November 4, 2007. Emily's 1st Out of State Adventure.

Monday, July 14, 2008. In the last two weeks, Emily seems so much older to me. I’m losing my little baby. She upgraded to the big kid car seat, has completely transitioned over to finger foods (other than when mom needs the convenience of baby food), and she’s finally getting her first two teeth! Oh just wait until she belts Oh Christmas Tree out at the top of her lungs during meditation time of the Christmas Eve Service. It's amazing how fast a mom can run in heels in that situation.
