Paleo and AIP resources. Here are some resources and lists I have created for a Gluten Free lifestyle! Since cutting out nightshades and going AIP, going out to eat has needed more than just a good Gluten Free menu, but having that is a start! I usually stick with salads when we go out. They are the easiest to customize and have less room for sneaky ingredients. They have a fantastic menu (hello calamari! And the staff is very well trained and attentive. Not Your Average Joes. They absolutely love it. We we printed the babies feet onto paper, and then the mums and grandmas painted in masts and sails to create sailboat pictures. Paleo and AIP resources. I guess I will start at the beginning, it is a good place to start afterall. That made the lumbar puncture tricky. It took 45 minutes, of inserting and re-inserting the needle because the scar tissue kept redirecting the needle once inside my back. Yeah, that hurt. Oh, and that headache you can get?
