Monday, November 7, 2011. The boys had a blast raking all the leaves up in the front yard for daddy! Timothy purchased two other rakes, so all the boys could participate during the fall. They really enjoy being outside, doing "work" for daddy - not so much in the house for mom! They raked up the leaves from the entire year (there weren't very many), and made a pile for jumping in. I think they stayed out in the front yard, taking turns running and jumping into their newly created leaf pile.

Wednesday, February 3, 2010. The Nelson Academy took our first 'official' field trip to OMSI! What a blast. OMSI had a free open house to all "teacher's" (ie: homeschooling teachers) and EVERYTHING was free! Thenwe ventured into the live critter section. God helped me! Amelia wanted to HOLD the TARANTULA! Saturday, February 20, 2010. Tony let me sleep in till 9:30am. Woke up to BEAUTIFUL SUNSHINE! Got dressed, walked the dog, the kids, and my pregnant buns UP the hill to the park! Played, and played, and played some more. Jumped in the car and took a beautiful drive to McMennamins Edgefield! It was a perfect day for some Edgefield exploring and lunch!
