Chi-Town days 4-7 | Calvin & Amanda
https://themorrisblog.wordpress.com/2012/07/31/chi-town-days-4-7
If you haven’t read about the first part of our Chicago vacation, then start here. Tuesday morning we grabbed a quick breakfast and walked back to the River to board. For an hour long cruise down the Chicago River where we learned all about the city’s history in terms of architecture and their amazing skyscrapers. This was one of our favorite touristy things of the trip. It was super informative, gave us a plethora of pictures, and besides the extreme heat it was a great day to be on a boat! And I had a ...

Whole 30: 30 Days of Clean Eating. We’re going to skip the part about me being a bad blogger, and jump straight to what we’ve been up to these last 30 days, ok? Then we went to Europe for ten days. Oh yeah, “Hey blog, we went to Europe for ten days! However, after a weekend spent on the lake indulging in all kinds of delicious junk food (and paying for it on the way back to Memphis), Calvin told me he had changed his mind. We made a plan with Mary and set our start date for September 1st. Our jou...Lots ...

I don’t think I can document all the amazing things about our wedding day in just one post. So this is going to be a very general post and I plan on documenting all of the little details of the day over the next few weeks. Our wedding day was incredible and we owe it all to many awesome people! Because of you our wedding was beautiful, we had so much fun, and we were able to relax and enjoy it all! I don’t think either of us were nervous because we were scared-more of an excited, anxious, and giddy...
Celebrating Three Years! | Calvin & Amanda
https://themorrisblog.wordpress.com/2013/05/31/celebrating-three-years
Let’s pretend I am a proactive and efficient blogger and this was actually posted Wednesday on our anniversary. Deal? It’s hard, no doubt about it. But no matter how hard things may be, it’s equally as rewarding. Three years surely doesn’t make me an expert, but what I do know is that we love each other and work daily to die to ourselves in order to put the other first. While it certainly isn’t perfect, it sure is beautiful. PS If you want to see more pictures and read all about our day, go here. 039;s c...

Why can't we agree to just use decimals and no fractions, or vis versa? I've made it through 1...

Wednesday, March 6, 2013. What We Wore Wednesday: Palmer Home style. This afternoon, I had a mild stroke of genius for today's blog. Life as a WHale: Happy Birthday, Braden!!
http://whitneyhale.blogspot.com/2011/05/dear-braden-one-year-ago-today-you.html
Sunday, May 15, 2011. Happy Birthday, Braden! The crazy, unprecedented, hormonal mood swings and hours of tears I shed were quite a shock as well. I still look at a brand new mom and almost cry for her because of what she was just introduced to- an entire breadth and world of emotions that were never thought possible by a rational, thinking, working, intelligent being. You love to sing, and you love to dance. If you disrespect me and talk back, well.let's just say, don't. do. it. We will have fun as a fa...

The Harrelsons: January 2012

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Friendships- Blessings from God. This should make writing on my blog a New Years Resolution, but I don't like to lie to myself. So, here is one of I'm sure many sporadic blog posts to come. This past weekend, John and I were blessed with the opportunity to use a cabin from a family in our church, the Eatmans. They have been such a blessing and always encouraging of my work at the church. Their kindness is overwhelming! Doesn't this face look guilty! We still love him! Quelf, oh...
