28 Flood needs more terrible parenting? I have only one question about this place - this Barge. How is it decided, exactly, how a particular person is worthy of the renewed life this place provides? Because while I am unsurprised that my revolting ingrate of a son barely managed to outlive me, I am bemused by his having been judged worthy of a second chance.
