The most lovely things {blog}. Monday, January 31, 2011. Books {arranged by color}. And here is mine. Sunday, January 30, 2011. Hawaiian coconut dessert {haupia}. Coconut milk 2 16oz cans. I made this today and it made me want to fly to Hawaii! I grew up eating this yummy Hawaiian dessert! It's one of my very favorites! Mix 2 cups water with cornstarch. Set aside. Bring coconut milk, sugar and remaining water to a rolling boil on high heat. When mixture is smooth and thick, pour into a clean baking tray.

Baby boy, Sean Jr. (although that's not actually going to be his name) ;) is turning 29 weeks old, before birth.
