JUST AIRING OUT MY LAUNDRY! Thursday, June 22, 2006. In need of ideas! I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas for things to do for the kids to ease the transition of their Dad being away for awhile. Any ideas are welcome. Laundry from The Mother Load @ 1:20 PM. My girlfriend is going through the same thing and we were discussing this yesterday. Has he gone yet? If not, how about taping him reading some storybooks, or just telling stories, so you can play them back at bedtime, or when they really miss him.
