The original building had an outdoor staircase added. Along with the covered wood "carport" just behind the oak tree. Prior to the Gold line, there was actually a driveway between the tracks and Buster's that connected the backyard to Mission. The front portion of 1008 Mission was built out to offer a retail portion of the mixed-use property.
