Thursday, March 25, 2010. Rain, Rain go away. Out of nowhere we had a HUGE rainstorm this afternoon! I took both Jack AND Carson to Jack’s swim lesson. I don’t recommend it. Although Carson was pretty good considering he was in a chlorine filled room and buckled in his stroller, I felt guilty because he ate almost an entire container of “puffs” as it was way too close to dinner time for him! Tuesday, December 29, 2009. My big boy on the potty! We started putting Cameron on the potty at 18 months. I didn't think we would have much sucess, but I wanted to introduce the purpose of the potty to him and get him interested. Sunday, September 27, 2009. Another week and weekend have flown by! It's been a busy one.here's a recap:. Tuesday morning I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off to get the boys dressed for school pictures. Since it's technically "fall", I had them dressed in cords and jeans even though it was 80 degrees! Jack complained the whole time (probably because he was hot! Sunday, February 28, 2010. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed watching the Olympics and cheering for the US and Canada! Monday, November 1, 2010. A backyard for the Boys. We’ve talked a lot about the backyard, so I thought it was time I brag on Paul’s hard work! We’ve been talking about a flat yard “one day” since we bought the house but as we all know, there are plenty of other things to spend our money on! Once we got the playset to the house, it was time to figure out where we had a spot flat enough to set it up…and that’s where Darrel comes into the story. . So here are some before and after’s. Monday, May 10, 2010. Jack turns 4…. My little Jackie Smackie, Boogie Woogies, turned 4 on Saturday. It’s really hard for me to imagine that 4 years have passed. I remember like it was yesterday bringing him home from the hospital. He has brought an immense amount of joy to our lives…more than I can squeeze into a blog post. Tuesday, October 26, 2010. We carved Pumpkins with the Carney’s this weekend…here’s a few pics. No one got too crazy with the designs this year! Jack actually scraped the insides this year! Last year he wouldn’t touch them! Owen and Jack posing with the pumpkins (which you can’t see very well). Carson was already asleep…. Best picture I could get of Carson dressed as a pirate for the Parade at school today. Jack’s class parade is Friday. Happy Halloween from Jack and Carson! Whoa is me….
