I would not allow myself to get off it until my 45 minutes were up. And on Friday I was on it for a whole hour and went for a distance of 5 miles! I was only able to hop on the treadmill for 30 minutes but I did 2 miles in that time. Boy is my shoulder killing me though! Yeah, what fun. December 6, 2008. Day 16 & 17. Island of a Wonder Woman. My new training regiment (11/08) will be accounted for within my blogs. Below is what I had tried in the Summer of ’07. Below is what I was doing until I found out I was pregnant. I currently will not be ‘training’ for anything but I will keep exercising during my whole pregnancy. Island of a Wonder Woman. December 10, 2008. Day 21 – Give up? Posted by Diana under Exercise. I felt awkward and my thighs were burning. Definitely not the machine for me. So I went back to my good ol’ treadmill but by then my calves started tightening up. I tried running but it was way too painful all around. I stuck to walking and made it 25 minutes before I quit. I averaged a speed of 3.3 mph. I’m just so frustrated. I have been going to the gym every day but Thursday and I put on 2 pounds!
