Tuesday, July 6, 2010. I have a little herb garden! I needed to use up some of the basil, so I decided pesto would be the easiest solution. And bonus.Gabby LOVES pesto. It is her sauce of choice for pasta (likes it better than marinara, meat sauce, or butter/olive oil) and she also prefers it on pizza over regular red sauce. Monday, August 9, 2010. Here are the few pics I have taken throughout the summer. This is at the end of her second round of lessons, as you can tell by the fact that she is smiling and not crying. It was a really good decision to have her take two consecutive sessions since things really started clicking for her midway through the second class. She adored those darn diving rings. Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Ever since Gabby has been old enough to point and grunt, she has had VERY strong opinions about her attire, and she has been very vocal about those opinions. This meant that getting dressed in the morning involved terrible battles. Sunday, March 28, 2010. Spring break began with a funny story. It actually was pretty effective.the socks were totally dry by the time we got there. Gross, but dry. Monday, February 15, 2010. It SNOWED last week! Thursday morning it started snowing just after 5 am and it didn't stop for one minute the entire day! David and I both left work a little early, so we still had an hour of daylight to get Gabby bundled up and have a little fun. David's mom told us that La Duni at Northpark was hosting a mother/daughter/furry friend tea party sponsored by Build-A-Bear, and it sounded right up Gabby's alley.
