Thursday, September 10, 2009. Squeezing the last drops out of summer. August was good to us, with its warm and sunny lazy late summer atmosphere. It was filled up with visits and parties, camping trips and exploring, hikes and fairs. In the midst of all that fun, we also managed to get a fair bit of work done, and some of Dave's art is now part of the gallery at the stunning Sooke Harbour House. We had the immense pleasure of staying there for a night in May 2008, and are so happy that a few birdhouses.
