The Baby D Story: February 2010
http://thebabydstory.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 7, 2010. Zoe's First Birthday Party. Zoe's first birthday party is in the books! Started arriving at our home, the theme suddenly felt too masculine for a girl's party. After some deliberation and searching around, the party morphed into a "cupcake" theme for the sweetest little girl on Earth! We had a blast! The party was beyond perfect! I fell in love with this pettiskirt. Outfit, complete with a fluffy "cupcake" shirt). Welcome Song - Everyone Sang Hello to Zoe. Each baby received a f...

The Baby D Story: Self-imposed Time Out
http://thebabydstory.blogspot.com/2011/12/self-imposed-time-out.html
Thursday, December 22, 2011. Zoe put herself in time out yesterday. Why you might ask? Because, according to her, she was mean and didn't want to talk to the San.ta ornament on the Christmas tree. She sat in the kitchen for her self-imposed time out and when she was finished she told "San.ta" she would talk to him now. LOL. Zoe is a hoot! She makes us laugh every day. The Baby D Story: Look Who's Pulling Up! (7.5 months)
http://thebabydstory.blogspot.com/2011/11/look-whos-pulling-up-75-months.html
Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Look Who's Pulling Up! Zachary has been pulling up to his knees for the past few weeks, but today he went a step further and pulled himself up to the standing position on the love seat. I can't believe how much faster he's reaching these milestones compared to Zoe. I guess it goes to show that every child IS different. I hope he doesn't rush to walk because he is ALL boy, and I know he'll be running us ragged! Without further ado, here's our big boy:. The Baby D Story. On grow...

Sunday, December 27, 2009. Tipping the Work-Life Balance Scale in my Favor. After five months of working full-time and attempting a frustrating and tiring balancing act, I'm happy to say the scale is tipping in my favor. Effective January 1, I will be a part-time attorney at my firm! I know the debate over being a SAHM. No time to spend with friends or keep up with them by phone, no time for blogging (hence the huge time gaps on this blog), and no time to just do, well, nothing. I know we are very blesse...

You had a great time opening gifts (read: chewing on the wrapping paper and bows). Your attention span for opening gifts was very low, but that's to be expected. You got a whole new crop of toys that are especially fo...You c...
