Wednesday, July 14, 2010. On Saturday we had to send the boys home so we helped them pack and spent the day at the pool and exploring some of the local village. On Sunday the rest of us had to go home. We had to check out at noon but our flight didn't leave until ten at night so we just stayed at the hotel and relaxed soaking up all the sun we could until our long series of flights. The aim of The Nicholas Appeal was to raise £100,000 to help children and families in need; and help support those who find themselves in a similar situation to Nicholas and his family. A large proportion of the money raised has been donated directly to Derian House Children's Hospice and Rainbow Trust. Other funds went to help families in need.
