http://purplecatonabike.blogspot.com/2008/08/my-summerthe-cliff-notes-version.html
Tuesday, August 26, 2008. My Summer.the Cliff Notes version. Okkeeping up with a blog seems to be really difficult for me.I think of ideas on the drive to and from work but when it comes time to write it, it sounds really lame. I guess Im not a good writer. I tend to think in bullet point lists so here's a quick list of my summer. Jason and I went to Crown Valley Winery in Ste Genevieve (sadly, it was a super crowded day).then stayed in the lively (not! We pushed and pulled the raft a lot! Jason and I (&...

Purple Cat on a Bike: Cubicle Surprise
http://purplecatonabike.blogspot.com/2008/10/cubicle-surprise.html
Monday, October 27, 2008. For some reason, anytime anyone comes to talk to me in my cube at work, they pull on the "wall". My cube is missing a little corner cap so they always end up pulling the pathetic-excuse-for-a-wall away from my desk.and it catches them off guard every freakin' time. Last week, someone was messing w/ the cap (roof? Of the wall and managed to pull that piece off. Look what we found inside:. Have got to be kidding me. A cigarette bud was in there? Purple Cat on a Bike: KitchenAid Mixer
http://purplecatonabike.blogspot.com/2009/01/kitchenaid-mixer.html
Wednesday, January 14, 2009. A few weeks ago, I was reading Room for Improvement by Stacey Ballis because Jen Lancaster suggested it. (I make it sound like she's my bff.but really she wrote Bitter is the New Black and other hysterical books. I read her blog and she mentioned it there. I'm a tad obsessive.). The main character is a single and 30-something. Throughout the book she has little life rules. I don't think I'll ever forget this one because it explains SO much! Yep, a pretty grape KitchenAid mixer.

Purple Cat on a Bike: What to wear?
http://purplecatonabike.blogspot.com/2008/11/what-to-wear.html
Friday, November 7, 2008. Jason and I have been to a friend's 40th bday party next Saturday. It says to wear something from the 70s, 80s or 90s. Of course I dont have any of my old clothes and there's no way in hell I'd fit into them even if I did. Any other CHEAP ideas? I did see a pair of leggings w/ zippers at the ankles in a Macy's ad but I dont want to spend that much on something I dont think I'll ever wear again. Target sells legwarmers (scary as that is! Purple Cat on a Bike: So not relaxing
http://purplecatonabike.blogspot.com/2008/10/so-not-relaxing.html
Monday, October 20, 2008. I've gotten crap from a few people about my lack of blogging.so here goes. I just got home from work a bit ago. My boring dinner of a half cup of brown basmati rice is cooking in the microwave so it seemed like a good time to blog a little. Since I last blogged. Rode my bicycle 50 miles in Whitefish, Montana to raise money for Juvenile Diabetes. Been working a crapload of hours and it's been mentally killing me. Went to the Lake of the Ozarks to scrapbook for the weekend. Jac - ...

Purple Cat on a Bike: Decades
http://purplecatonabike.blogspot.com/2008/11/decades.html
Sunday, November 16, 2008. The 40th bday party was a lot of fun (bday girl in the 3rd pic). Everyone wore stuff from one of the earlier decades. Jason was 90s grunge and I was 80s girl. I wore my favorite Say Anything shirt and some VERY unflattering legwarmers. I bought blue mascara and purple eyeshadow (who wears this stuff? I did a pretty good job with the mall bangs (considering I dont have a lot of bangs) and there's a little puff ponytail on the top of my head. November 17, 2008 at 6:47 AM.

Purple Cat on a Bike: How cute is this?
http://purplecatonabike.blogspot.com/2008/07/how-cute-is-this.html
Wednesday, July 23, 2008. How cute is this? I just saw this necklace on Today's Rare Bird Finds and I love, love, love this. Not sure I love it enough to pay $65 but I think it'd add a nice touch to the suits I wear to work.personality without breaking dress code. Of course, that could just be the Mystic Tan talking. I went tonight and for some reason could not hold my breath long enough and got some in my mouth. (Note to self: Next time take allergy meds hours before going.). October 5, 2008 at 7:51 PM.
