Monday, August 25, 2008. Today we went for our second ultrasound. I'm always amazed to see a baby growing inside my belly. It's so hard to comprehend how a woman's body can change to grow another human. Babies are such a gift from God! Dr Joyner said that everything looks great and the baby is growing and developing just as he or she should. He feels that as of now we have no reasons for not delivering a healthy baby. Monday, February 23, 2009. Beau Daniel entered the world on January 20. I went into the hospital that morning to be induced. After only four hours of labor we welcomed our newest little boy. Beau weighed 8 pounds and 14 ounces and was 21 inches long! His first four weeks of life have been exciting to say the least! When we finally came home our house was being ran by a generator. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Shots, Shots, More Shots! Today MM went to get her 4 month shots. It was not a fun day. She was excited about me picking her up early from daycare, then it all went downhill from there. As soon as we put her on the table to take her clothes off for the check-up, she started screaming. I told Chris she was having flashbacks! She is perfect according to her pediatrician; right on track. Although he said she could use a little more tummy time, which MM HATES! She really like them.
