QUARTZSITE, AZ | The Nomadic Jalopy

https://thenomadicjalopy.wordpress.com/2015/04/11/quartzsite-az

A Motorcoach In Search Of Commotion. April 11, 2015. While there will never be anything quite like the first season (click for May ’14 blog). In Quartzsite, this second season was memorable for the bonds that grew stronger. I got to know more about everyone that I worked with and lived by. I experienced less of the actual town this year, but got outside of it more than last year. Regardless, a season away from the snow is a season well spent. Passing through Oklahoma, obviously. My other brother Taylor.

A Motorcoach In Search Of Commotion. Here are some of the places I have been before getting the jalopy in early 2013:. This is my favorite spot along the I-80 drive somewhere in between western NE and eastern WY. Being from the lowland plains, the High Plains is as magical as any mountain range! One of the country’s best zoo’s, Omaha Nebraska’s Henry Doorly Zoo! This is the Desert Dome. This is a portion of the Niobrara River Valley, in northern Nebraska. Yellowstone Lake, WY. Somewhere along highway 20.

Sunday, January 03, 2010. Uzbekistan: Samarkand, the Ancient Centre of the Silk Road. With a skyline of bright-blue tiled domes and towering minarets, Samarkand is a city that is instantly enchanting and remains one of my favourite stops - not only in Central Asia, but on my entire trip. Once the centre of the silk road, the crossroads between Europe, the Middle-East, India and Europe, the city boasts 2,750 years of history, making it one of the oldest inhabited cities in the world.
