Sunday, May 24, 2009. We also ate at the world famous Carnegie Deli - one pastrami sandwich fed all four of us! Then we got some New York style cheesecake that was out-of-this-world good. One of our favorite places to visit was the FAO Schwartz toy store, where we played on the giant piano just like the movie BIG. Next, we went to the Hershey's and M&M's stores in Times Square. Sunday, May 2, 2010. I've been looking forward to April 24 for a few months now. My buddy, Lauren, and I have been crafting every free second to get ready for the 2010 cityfest! We made tutus, headbands, onesies, skirts, and some baby blankets. Unfortuately it rained that day so not many people ended up going to Cityfest but we made some really good contacts. The Pitt Family . (Under Construction! Friday, March 12. Danny went on his first road trip last week. Bryan and I came along too. :) We got to visit Aunt Ceesa and Uncle Jake in Alabama. We drove all through the night and Danny slept most of the time, except when we filled up the gas. He would open up his eyes really wide and look around as if to say, "Woah." and then, "Where am I? The Pitt Family . (Under Construction! Thursday, July 31. Thursday, July 10. Bryan and I are trying to make the best of our forced summer vacation. We got to go to the Smithsonian Folklife Festival which featured Texas (yeah Pam! Buhtan, and NASA. . NASA? Anyway we got to sign a space shuttle tire that's going into the Smithsonian. Some girl wrote, "Boys are stinky." on it. On display at the Smithsonian. :). Those Bhutanese weavers and pot-makers are amazing! Thursday, July 3. Labels: Welcome to D.C.
