Monday, December 04, 2006. Loving Life As It IS. Stef and I are getting Married on December 16th! Sorta’ like enjoying hot chocolate on a winter night. There is a high probability that it will be warm and taste good. Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da. And then perhaps not. Can we still sing Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da. In doing so, I am missing the opportunity to embrace it fully. As I left the stage, Stef said to me Do your realize that every eye in the room fixated on you? We did not come to remain whole. Thursday, June 08, 2006. In 1999, the Gallup Organization introduced an assessment for Character Strengths in the work place. You may have heard of it or even taken it. Two years ago, Stef and I graduated from a coaching program for called Authentic Happiness, which includes a more personal assessment for one’s Signature Strengths. (Go to VIA test at authentichappiness.co. Thomas Aquinas’s Virtues (Saint, philosopher, theologian, doctor of the Church). Prudence; Justice; Fortitude; Courage; Temperance.

Friday, May 26, 2006. In response to "what verse to write" the first question is who is me and the second is do I know what I am here to do? My recent reference to being "doped" was spotted by a dear friend. He pointed out that what I am experiencing is the "miracle of a molecular relief". What a wonderful way to reframe the lower vibration of "dope". In this same way I seek to reframe the "me" in "I" and "thou".
