Wednesday, 11 January 2017. This week hasn't really been a good one on the weight loss front. I still haven't joined the gym so exercise is at an extreme low. Also I have eaten far too many McDonald's. So here are last weeks goals along with any progress. Sign up for the gym - This is still yet to happen.
