Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Merry Christmas from the North Pohl. Sowe are finally in our new (to us) home and although still getting settled in, life is starting to feel normal again. Once we are through the busy holiday season, then we'll have more time to focus on decorating the house, getting organized, and hosting guests at the North Pohl! Monday, February 9, 2009. We do have some fun outdoor plans for next weekend, too. It seems like it's Murphy's Law with the weather up here. Of course, we are not complaining that it was nearly 50 degrees on Saturday and Sunday, but next weekend we are invited to go snowmobiling and ice skating, so we need some snow for that! Tim is now working for Northern Indiana Lakes magazine doing sales and marketing. He really likes it so far. Check out the mag at nilakes.com. March 9, 2009 at 9:29 AM.

Sunday, January 18, 2009. We have snow and lots of it. It just snows then takes a day off, then snows again. It's agonizing for the kids- to be covered in the white stuff, but it's too cold to go out and play. And the snow is powdery and lightweight. Today is very sunny and a whopping 18 degrees. Enough about the weather. The boys are great. Eric is learning all sorts of new things, like hiding books under his pillow and saying Ringdinger Lake instead of Ridinger Lake!
