Just when you think you’re traveling in the right direction, life seems to throw a dead end in there. Needless to say, the past few months have been rough. BAM, there’s my foundation to keep up the physical activity. BUT, I was too busy complaining about how hot it was to realize “Hey, I just walked 5 miles. And I SURVIVED”!
