That may not seem like a lot but to me it's progress! Since the beginning of this year, I was 160 lbs. Yeah, I tried all these other things:. Swimming(not good for my hair). Jogging(my asthma gets the best of me). Walking(I still like to power walk when I have time). I am not a physician*. The classes are an hour long.
