Occasionally, I have to visit units on campus to provide assistance during speaking engagements for a a new project I am managing at work. Our presentation went ok. I usually do very little speaking, just provide the head nodding. I noticed someone (trying to protect the innocent). I proceeded to be verbally attacked. Think angry chihuahua, only the dog probably had its rabies shot.

It is a slow process, but I am determined to be at or near my ideal weight by our NYC/Key West trip in May! Probably the worst part of my diet is going out to lunch. It is HARD to choose healthy and low-fat options at restaurants. Even when I plan ahead and check the nutrition facts online, I find that some companies omit the number of servings.
