It is even worse for normal citizens without any clout or political power. We do not have that kind of red tape thousands of years ago. Why now? Building plan permits, environmental safety permits, time sheets, door ID badges and TPS reports. We humans in their 20s should not sit in cubicles all day filling up TPS reports.
