Today is Good Friday, commemorating Jesus’ death and burial. In His death, Christ Jesus faithfully finished the work God had for Him: to receive the sin and guilt of God’s children, to bear the punishment that they deserved. The punishment of our sin is death. Saturday, May 24, 2014. We've been doing a lot of waiting around here. It's been over two months since we had a foster placement. And, as many of you know, I am not good at waiting. This has been a particular struggle for me because it's so out of my control! There's nothing I can do to speed up the waiting process.
